What you need to know

  1. Please look for your new CU Card in your mailbox the week of 10/17/2016.

  2. Your PIN number will remain the same.

  3. You must activate your new card by making a balance inquiry or transaction at an ATM before you can use it to make purchases.

  4. Once you have activate your new card, you should destroy your old card.

  5. EMV chip cards improve the safety of your transactions and reduce fraud losses!
