When enrolling in or making changes to your Direct Deposit or Payroll Deduction, you’ll need the following information.

  • Credit Union of Vermont’s Routing Transit Number is

    2116-9133-4

  • Designate either CHECKING or SAVINGS. Do not add any numbers to designate as checking or savings.

Federal Government Employees

Employee Express allows you to start or make changes to your Direct Deposit or Payroll Deductions by telephone or at the Employee Express website.

Note: you will need your social security number and Employee Express PIN (personal identification number) to use this system. Employee Express is not part of the Credit Union of Vermont website, and we cannot accept any responsibility for it.

Postal Service Employees

PostalEase is the United States Postal Service’s enrollment system. Start or make changes to your Direct Deposit, Payroll Deductionm or Thrift Savings Plan. Available by telephone at 1-877-4PS-EASE (1-877-477-3273) or at the PostalEase website.

Department of Defense Employees

Defense Finance and Accounting Service (DFAS) has introduced its new Employee/Member Self Service (E/MSS) system which allows DoD customers to access their pay record and update certain payroll information directly, without having to fill out any paper forms. Active and reserve military member, all DoD civilian employees, military retirees and annuitants can now use E/MSS 24 hours a day.

Vermont Government Employees
